Decent cereal yeasty aromas. Some light hops. Not too offensive like i expected. Decent carb, light bitterness. A nice patio beer.

A reddish brown ale with a thin off white head. A light grassy and sweet malt in aroma, caramelly. In mouth, a sweet ale with loads of residual sugars, a light licorice, overall, would need a bit more aging. On tap at brewpub August 3 2009.
