On tap at Le Saint-Bock, pours clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma of a mild grassy hop bite, some cereal and biscuity malts - quite light and crisp. Flavour is clean and crisp, quite prominent with bready malts, cereal and a grassy hop bite. Clean and refreshing, but rather boring - but easy to drink.

A hazy blonde ale with a very thin white head. A light sweet belgian banana aroma, light lemon notes. In mouth, almost veering on a Belgian wit with light cloves and banana esters, a bit watery, but refreshing. On tap at brewpub, June 20 2010.
