Fruit-forward hops take this IPA to the tropics.

Beer Camp is the ultimate brewing experience. We invite beer fans into our brewery nearly every week to design their own beer and then we bring it to life. Each spring, we’ll feature one of our favorite collaborations from the previous year. This year’s selection features intensely aromatic hop varietals rich with the flavors of the tropics. We use Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops to create bright fruit-forward flavors of mango, papaya and bitter orange.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Wonderful hoppy-fruity aroma. Starts fine hoppy-grasy, really nice fruity notes of mango, orange, peaches. Mild bitterness. Finish a bit less hoppy. Quite drinkable. Nice IPA.

Golden with a white head - Tropical fruity hop aroma - Malt body to support hops that has a tropical fruity flavour and hints of herbs with a good bitterness - The fruity hop bitterness goes to the finish - This was good

Bottle 355ml @ My parent’s place
Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, pineapple, caramel, peach and tropical fruits. Taste is medium sweet and medium to heavy bitter with a long caramel, pineapple, piney and peach finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Taste is fruity, tropical and caramely with some fruits, pine and orange. Finish is sweetish, caramely and tropical with hints of fruits, lemon and grapefruit. Okay, but not very fresh.

35,5 cl bottle @ home, BBE 18.02.2017
Aroma has hayish notes, gooseberry bush and some tropical fruits. Feels a bit musty. Flavour has gooseberry bush, grapefruit and some tropical fruits. A bit too strong bitterness in the finish. Good but not excellent – hops do feel a bit old.

12 oz bottle thanks to Chalumeaux. Thanks T.J. Old bottle, not sure if this fared better earlier. Aroma is weak fruit, doughy malt, slight old grass.

The flavor is well past its prime. Don’t don’t get fruit in the flavor. Astringent grass in a thin body.
