Type Dunkel Hefe-Weizen dat is Zilver. Speciaal brouwsel voor het 25-jarig bestaan van De Drie Ringen. Licht moutig met een mooi mondgevoel.

Bottle at home. Hazy amber, white head. Sweet malts, sweet grain, sugarcane, citrus, overripe banana, light caramel. Over medium sweet, light vegetal bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Light malty mouthfeel. Decent beer, doesn’t look much like a dunkel-weizen.

Bottle. Golden pour, not very dunkel. Aroma of wheat, banana yeast and peach. Taste of sweet wheat, banana yeast and some peachy caramel. Allright.

Tap at Drie Ringen. Cloudy orange to amber with nice big creamy head. Caramel, apricot, spicy yeast with cloves and allspice, cardboard, light brown bread, some dust and cellar. Light sweet with lasting dry light bitter finish. Medium bodied with dry feel. But too dry for a weizen for me.

Tap @ De Drie Ringen. Hazy golden coloured with a white head. Aroma is of wheat, light grainy, light fruity, and a bit yeasty. Flavour is light malty, wheat, bit of fruits, yeasty, and light spicy. Medium carbonation. Easy drinkable.
