0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before July 2021. Clear, golden with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently grassy-spicy, moderately fruity-floral aroma of grains, hay and some lemon peel, supported by a touch of honey. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, rather grassy-spicy, moderately fruity-floral taste of grains, lemon peel, some hay and traces of honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, crisp, fairly grassy-spicy, quite dry finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very refreshing, aromatic and crisp Pils, quite full-bodied but still true to the style. Good!

330 ml bottle. Clear golden, small fluffy head. Grass, metallic hops, citrus, hay. Hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, hoppy metallic bitter finish. A very crisp and bitter Pilsner, not too balanced and rather North German despite its Franconian origin.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is herbaceous and sweet cereal, honey. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with moderate bitterness. Final is average, with a bit of bitterness.

Bottle. Blonde. Hay and Tobacco in the aroma. Firm hay-like hopbitter flavor, somewhat overpowering the bready notes. Franconian pils at its best.

Tap at the Franconian Beerfest 2019. clear, brilliant gold with a tall, pillowy head. Great herbal hop nose. Sweet, hoppy, lemony, herbal. PRetty great, though a bit too creamy, maybe, but bitter and hoppy, and somehow ale-like. Almost an American craft pils.

Clear golden colour with thin head. Seems to like a Pilsener but slightly more hoppy and bitter than average.
