Licorne Elsass est une bière 100% alsacienne. C’est en Alsace que les matières premières ont été récoltées, c’est en Alsace que le maltage et le brassage ont été réalisés, c’est donc exclusivement en Alsace que Licorne Elsass est fabriquée. Dotée d’une belle couleur dorée, son goût rafraîchissant est complémenté par une rondeur de malt caramel en harmonie avec une note subtile de houblon frais. Elle possède un caractère doux et agréable grâce à une sélection de malts du terroir et des houblons alsaciens parmi les plus nobles et distinctifs.

Not really exciting, even though at the tap, it is drinkable, typical eurolager taste, malty, metalic side, few hop, watery, 06.05.17

# 3746; 8/2023. Malty and light herbal aroma. Clear gold body; white head. Malty, light floral. Not bad but without character... average international lager. 0,5 l, can, supermarket, Wittenheim (Alsace, France).

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

0,5l can from Carrefour Rethel, France. F: medium, white, average retention. C: gold, clear. A: malty, herbal hoppy, bit bready, grainy. T: medium malty base, bit bready, caramel, hoppy, spicy touch, bit harsh bitterness, soft carbonation, simple and commercial as I expected yet 1,35€ so not such disaster here, drinkable.
