(Bottle, 60 Degrees, Helsinki Airport, 12 Aug 2016) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, apricots and bread. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, grapefruit, apricots, grass, bread and fresh citric hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced with a fresh hop character. Quite nice.

Hieman utuinen, aavistuksen oranssiin vivahtava kullankeltainen olut pienellä vaahdolla. Tuoksu trooppisen hedelmäinen, hiivainen ja hieman karamellinen. Maultaan kevyen greippinen ja eksoottisen hedelmäinen. Jälkimaussa katkeraa greippisyyttä. Runsashiilihappoinen. Kevyt ja kivennäisvesimäinen suutuntuma ja kokonaisote.

Bottle at home. Slight hazy dark golden with white head. Tangerine and grapefruit up front, light dry malts, light flowery, a bit of grass, soft green leafy vegetables like lettuce and endive towards the finish. Very light sweet and under medium bitter. Under medium bodied with dry feel. Quite nice for the ABV, this seems a bit underrated to me.

Flaske 330ml fra Kilpishalli. Drukket i Skibotn 18 Aug 15. Gyldenbrun. Litt uklar. Lavt luftig skum med litt lacing. God fruktig aroma. Mørke plommer. Smaken urteaktig. Parfymert. Partikler i siste kvelling. Ekstra uklar.

330ml bottle, thanks to Finn. Huge, rocky, pearl white head, leaving spotty lacing on the glassware. Unclear golden body. Mild grass and brown malts on the nose. Fragrant citrus to the taste buds joined by bread-like malts and followed by citrus shells towards the ending. Refreshing and easy to drink. Perfect session qualities. Enjoyed while watching the soccer match between Norway and Malta on TV. (Tromsø 10.10.2015).

[ As Maku Pale Ale ].Light light unclear light medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, light caramel, citrus - apple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150727]
