Bereits der erste Schluck offenbart das typische Aroma, wie es nur Weißbiere mit Flaschengärung entwickeln können: Leicht fruchtig, weizenaromatisch, vollmundig und erfrischend - so schmeckt's am besten.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Almost clear gold, big foamy white head. Aroma of mild wheat notes hit first before banana comes in and some spice and hay. Taste of wheat, banana, clove and quite a peppery spice with a moderate sweetness throughout. Near medium bodied, light oily, fine carbonation. More emphasise on spice than banana on this one. I like this. Distinctive yet within the style.

Tight white head on a highly carbonated murky pale amber coloured body. Banana & fruity aroma. Medium bodied, foamy cloying & dry. Wheat, dull citrus, banana & stone fruit tastes. Standard.

Bottle from Margiotta. Murky golden/bronze body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of straw and pear. Flavour of wheat, white pepper and subtle spices. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A solid wheat beer.

Draft at BeerHeadZ, Lincoln. Aroma and taste are wheat banana and slight spice. Subtle flavours and light sweet. medium body.

0,5 l bottle. Murky flat orange golden in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Yeast and wheat with some sulfur on the nose. Taste starts a little bit dry, more wheat than yeast, orange and banana in the second row. orange and caramel to the end. Mid carbonated.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Wednesday 5th July 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6 Music, about to start cooking a Chilli con Carne with Guacamole, Salsa etc. Pours amber with a white head, very soft carbonation, light creamy banana bread flavour, very creamy in fact. Light wheat attributes, once again must comment on the very soft carbonation. This is nice, surprised that I've not had this before now.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy golden orange with a thick white head. Aromas of spice, banana, yeast esters, dough. Taste is more of the same. Light sweet finish.

Bottle at home with Barbecue, 5th August 22. Pours a light hazy yellow, standard large head. Aroma is banana and yeast, light spice, taste is wheat, banana, light yeast and citrus. It’s average, but alright

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden and almost clear considering it's a Hefe. Big creamy white head. Nose - banana, cottage cheese and a hint of wood spice. Taste - creamy banana and nutmeg, just edging into pineapple. Palate - close to medium bodied, creamy middle and nicely tapered, tangy finish. Overall - tasted better than it smelt. Good overall.
