Can shared at Pre-Borefts ‘19. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of funk, wood, green apples and apple core. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Shared at Pre-Borefts Tasting 2019. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma of dry moderate sourish apples. Taste of sweet apples, sugar, sulfur. Moderate carbonation.

Sampled at cider museum. Clear pale straw. Tart apples, soft peach, gooseberries, sweet crisp apple juice, pear. Medium sweet and sour. Solid medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Nice!

Bottle pour at La Maison du Cidre, the cider museum in Le Hézo. Clear pale straw with champagne bubble action. Prominent clean and sugary sweet apple, tart lemony edges. Light feel, entertaining bubbles. A luxury and festive feel indeed. Clean and refreshing.

Corked bottle at Café Breizh, Paris
Blond color. Light aroma of apples and warm plastic, very light perfume. Sourish apple juice flavor, citrusy, medium sweet, a bit vinous; nice touch of fresh sour apples. The delicate contrast sweet-sour is well balanced and very pleasant.
