Inspired by the characteristic flavors of the Andes, this Stout-type beer is loaded with roasted, dark and caramel malts, characterized by its aroma of coffee and cocoa. It is strong and full-bodied, but it will leave you sweet sensations with aromas of chocolate. She is complex, shy and full of a "black" humor that will always make you think.

Light stout. A fair amount of roast malt up here, with nut and coffee. Pours dark brown with great head and lacing. Soft carbonation β 3 Cordilleras seem to have their carbonation and pours down pretty well, for what itβs worth. Finishes sour and bitter in a light dose. Well-balanced but light on overall feel for style. These guys need to get over the Latin American brewery standard of calling styles of beer colours and make up their minds about some actual styles and they will do better. On tap at Medellin Beer Factory in Parque Lleras.
