This Premium Blonde Ale type beer is at the limits of craft, since it is a filtered beer that shares several qualities with industrial beers. Its perfect combination of two-row malts with a smooth and bitter English hops give it a light golden color and an exquisite and balanced flavor.
Do not find it strange that after taking it you think that this monkey is far from being a cliché.

3/8/2023. Bottle courtesy of Reuben, huge thanks. Pours almost clear dark golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is malty, damp grains, cereals, caramel, sweet musty citrus orange. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Okay.

Straw and light hint of barley. Goes down cold and easy like this Colombian heat is killing me. Tap at Clocktower pub.
