On tap at Mez Beer, Paris. Shared with petit Dina. Clear golden. Aroma is apple, orange peel, spices. Some floral notes in the flavour, apple blossom, sweet apple, some apple skins. Medium body, moderate carbonation, medium dry finish. Refreshing.

75cl bottle from Kerne. Pours clear gold, moderate carbonation. Full rosy medium fruit.. decent medium.. nicely rounded with a light tannic tickle 🪶

Tea cup glass at Le Bar à Crêpes in Versailles, France. The pour is clear, golden and bubbly. The aroma is sweet apple, with a hint of earthy yeast. The taste is the sweet apple fruit, plus picks up some faintly Brett funk yeast character that really works with the apple sweetness. The palate is lighter body, effervescent and a dry lingering Brut champagne and Brett finish. Nice, great with the savory crepes.

Bottled. Silvery yellow colour with minor head which vanishes quite fast. Aroma is green apples, some fresh pressed sweet apple juice along with mild floral tones. Flavour is nicely tartish and sweet apples along with some mild yeasty and a bit acidity. Somewhat dry palate. Very nicely balanced and refreshing.

# 2506; 6/2021. Strong sulphur and honey aroma, fruity. Clear dark gold body; thick white head with low persistance. Full body, moderate tanin, higher carbonation, sweeter, honey, slightly chalk. Very good cider. 0,375 l, bottle, delicatessen, Prague.

opalescent orange to amber colour, almost no head as expected, only some minimal off-white lacing; aroma and taste of a typical well made cider with grreat canned apple and some earthy notes, as well as some bitterness also in the taste which greatly balances the sweetness of apple; good one
