On tap at GBBF 2019.� black beer lasting tan head. Barrel ageing on aroma. Fairly smooth on aroma. Quite boozy in mouth. Lots of bourbon some dark chocolate. Decent enough.

Berry white tasting. Bottle. Dark brown with offwhite head. Sweet roasted malts, peaty licorice, woody slightly moldy bit dirty barrel, nice. Big sweet and boozy. Full body and soft carbonation. Nice coughing syrup. I feel better already.

Bottle shared at Berry White tasting. Clear deep brown with beige head. Vanilla, oak, licorice, soft peat, alcohol, roasted malts, medicinal notes, quite earthy. Medium sweet, over medium bitter. Full bodied with quite boozy finish.

Bottle shared at a THT type mead type thing. Clear brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of boozy barrel, alcohol, licorice, oak, caramel and toffee. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium to full bodied with an alcohol finish and soft carbonation.

Good base beer,loads of dry fruits,malt sweetness,subtle whisky,yeasty/doughy touch;taste is phenomenal,subtle peat,oak,vanilla,sweetness
