Bottle shared by Chalumeaux--thanks, TJ! Cloudy light brown-yellow, no sparkle, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong sweet citrus followed by milder tart fruit/bacteria. Taste is strong tart/sweet fruit, tart fruit/bacteria. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Strong aromas/flavors, more tart than I prefer but well made.

750 ml bottle. Batch 4, 2019. Aroma is soft white wine, mild minerals, and some lemons. flavor follows the aroma and is absolutely delicious. Super soft mouthfeel with minerals and light lingering lemons. Wonderful experience.

Light, sour, a bit tart. Lemony citrus, grassy, dry, a bit funky. Very nice.

very light golden color. Light oak, apricot and peaches and cream, hay and barnyard character. Light body, fairly tart, mildly funky, firm carbonation. The palate is just perfect. Fairly dry. With the yeast you get lemon meringue and very tart and funky Fucking excellent

Very vinous, heavy white wine grape notes, rich mouthfeel, low carbonation. Not super funky, a little oak. Not super brett forward on the nose or palate. Super smooth overall.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some oak and Brett with light vinous notes is quite enticing. Taste is a great mix of tart notes with some oak and Brett notes with light vinous notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very enjoyable saison but maybe not as complex as I had expected.
