750mL bottle, line share at Stout Week, 2/17/24. Deep bronze-slight-copper. Clear, small bubbles atop. Sourness doesn't start out intense. There's lots of nectarine rind and unripe peach. Moderate oak, moderate malt (biscuit and light honey). Ultimately, as with most SP, it's too brazenly sour for me with moderate acetic, heavy lactic and lots of wood and yellow fruit rind. Good texture and carbonation. Very sour.

Pours rather clear blonde. No real head. Smell is tart, but not very intense. Taste is full, tart, dry, malty. Not bad.

Sampled from bottle at Linh’s birthday. Sour grain, sour grapes, barnyard, hay, light herbs and spices. Light sweet and quite sour. Bit over-acidic but not bothering. Medium body and soft carbonation. Lovely. --- Beer merged from original tick of Merci (Blend #3) on 08 Jul 2019 at 10:56 - Score: 8

Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing amber with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense tart notes of apricot. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Mildly tart with light notes of brett and apricot.
