Cask. Pale amber color. Caramel and soft brett in the aroma. Caramelly yet dry flavor. Just a hint of sourness. Licorice. Drinkable.

Pump up the jam In de Wildeman. Near clear amber with not much head. Grainy bitter raw ale with some greasy brett funk and earthy bitterness. Moderate sweet and quite bitter. Medium body and low carbonation. 6/3/7/3/14 --- Beer merged from original tick of Bretted ESB on 03 Jul 2019 at 17:09 - Score: 6. Cask at In de Wildeman. Murky brownish with white head. Caramel, sweet malts, soft Bretty notes in a leathery way, orange, soft hops. Medium sweet and just medium bitter. Medium bodied, no carbonation.
