Cool fermentation begets a clean but rich “lageresque” nose, with light sulfur, spice and bread. Highly restrained and subtle yeast character throughout, bready malt character and smooth body. A touch of honey sweetness on the finish completes this nod to modern French bieres de garde.

Golden color with a white head, good retention. Aroma has notes of yeast with fruity notes and some flowery. Flavor is slightly sweet with fruity and flowery notes and all things are dominated by yeast.
