Bottle 33 cl. Called "Rubia Mediterránea" at 5.0% ABV. Pours a hazy golden with a dense and lacing white head. Nose is yeasty and.....Bretty! I bet the latter wasn't intended. Medium body, again totally dominated by yeast and Brett but it actually works pretty decent. Super dry finish. Clearly infected though. 061117

Dorada de tinte amarillento, con espuma muy blanca. Aroma cítrico y levadura. En boca es agradable, tirando a dulce. Notas cítricas y especiadas y algún recuerdo a vainilla. También levadura presente en el sabor. Bastante equilibrada. Pero algo aguada.

Tasting @ Salon del Gourmet. Pale golden colour with a white head with good lasting. Aroma has notes of citrus wuth wheaty hints. Flavor is citrusy and light bitterness.
