Taste is minimally sweet husky malty, slightly yeasty fruity, doughy yeasty and dry, grassy hoppy, hints of apricot, a touch of green and yellow apple, a minimally strawy touch. Watery texture with a thicker purée strand or nucleus, smooth and soft palate, slightly prickly carbonation. Some Zwickel borrowings, profits from the non-filtrated leftovers - not bad.
