To brew proper good lager takes years of experience, lot of knowledge and passion for perfection. It took us some time to achieve all those things but we made it! Lagerica is finally here for you guys.

Can, 0.5l. Cloudy golden pour, two finger soapy white head, medium retention, broken lacing on the glass. Grassy and grainy nose, citrus notes in the background, clean and crisp.
Light body, medium carbonation, lively. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, lightweight, soft, slightly fizzy, easily drinkable. Goes down quite smoothly. Nicely balanced bittersweet taste, slightly more on the sweet side. Aroma of malt, grains, grass. Herbal and peppery notes, slightly floral, lingering citrus notes in the background. Mild bready. Short lasting finish, slightly sweet.
Pretty good thirst quencher.

Reklo bi se jubilarna 1111. piva. Vrhunski munich helles lager, čist i nježan. Vrlo pitak i fin.

Draught@Roudaribaari Ihme, Helsinki. Slightly hazy golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is grains, grass, herbs and some mild white bready tones. Flavour is wheat, grains, some sweet malts with a bit of herbs, grass and mild toasted tones. A bit vegetably tones as it warms up.

malty and slightly fruity sweet lager aroma, very nice for its kind with more frutiness and freshness than many others, who go more caramelly and nutty. Flavor is fruity, malty, slightly caramelly, bitterness is euro hoppy. tastes a bit like a guldbajer, is quite nice at first but after a while it feels not as refreshing as many alternatives.

Can at Valhalla. Lots of DMS, strong cooked corn. Other than that little else going on, medium bitterness, low seeetness. Medium carbonation, rather thin body. Feels like an off-flavour training kit doctored DMS sample. Average at best.

Tap at Valhalla. Golden color with white head. Aroma of malt, light hops. Taste starts malty followed by nice hoppy bitterness, DMS.

(Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki 2023) The beer poured golden and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness, grain and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, malty and bitter. A clean but too sweet brew.
