A purple red lambic with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of grapes, grapeskin, Brett, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity grape, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. Bottle at Lupulus.
Wfg, 23, nice

28/9/2023. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours clear dark red with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of berries, red grape, herbs, light wood, funk, hints of biscuit and caramel. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Bottle split at the 2nd CBJ tasting, thanks to Fergus ii, 31/08/23. Raspberry red with a crimson cap that veers edgewards. Nose is vinous, sharp red berry fruits, funk, berry pips, damp oak. Taste comprises red berry tang, straw, dry rot, funk, vinous, acidic bite, hay bale, barnyard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering bite. Solid well balanced Lambic.

Craft Beer Junction bottleshare. Thanks to Gajan. Almost clear red beer, small pink head. Palate is light and fairly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Tart berry fruits, not acidic. Quite a dry finish. Pleasant.

750mL bottle, pours a crystal clear light reddish rosé with a small white head. Aroma brings out sweet red grape skins, light acidity and medium funk. Flavour is sweeter for a Cantillon lambic, with sweet red grape skins, gentle barnyard funk, and a touch of earthiness. Nice red grape skin finish. Excellent. --- Beer merged from original tick of Drogone Lambic on 16 May 2023 at 14:07 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5. Bottle at the brewery bar. Rather thin body, medium perceived carbonation, even if it does not bubble so much. Medium sourness, soft lacto and grapey one, with very low - unperceived acetic. Rather moderate tart tannins of the grape skins. Lots of pleasant red wine flavour, fruity, dark fruits hints. Very tasty, very good.

750ml (thx, Martin!) shared at Erik's place in Malmo. Appearance: hazy purple with white head. Aroma: a combination of red grapes, funk, barrel, some manure notes. Taste: along the same lines, quite balanced and smooth. Overall: elegant.
