A really nice aroma of yeast, biscuit, lemon and orange gives way to a very lemony taste that's big on the sour but low on the funk.

330ml can. Pours gold yellow. Orange, yoghurt, lemon, herbal, bread. Medium body. Tastes like a fairly average fruited kettle sour. I expect more from La Sirene but it's not bad.

Can. Murky orange with a white head. More lemon than orange in the aroma with crackers and some herbs. Slightly slippery. Dryish and quite sour with as much lemon and grapefruit as orange. Bitterness gradually catches up with the sourness. Very refreshing.

Tap at the Sun Moth, Melbourne. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is yeast, citrus fruits, light dry dough biscuit. The flavour is moderate to light sour with an acidic, light tart grapefruit, dry yeasty palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
