The Eagle is going on an adventure! Packed with a huge amount of pears, he flew to Hungary to meet Szami Ali Rawech, owner and brewer of HopTop brewing.
Peter van der Arend and Timothy Wareman (Morebeer Brewing) met Szami and the Eagle over in Budapest where they were pressured to brew a kettle sour with all the pears the Eagle brought over! The result: A refreshing and fruity sour ale. Everybody will pressure you to drink this beer, just the way Szami, Peter and Timothy pressed all that pear juice!

Draft at beertemple. Aroma of sweet pear, tart, wheat and mild acidic sourness. Taste of sweet pear, mild tart, subtle acidic sourness and wheat. Gentle.

Draft at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of mineral and pear. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
