Bottle from Scrattings. It pours clear yellow - gold with a quickly dissipating fizzy white head. The aroma is quite soft, subdued even, earthy, hay, apple skin, powdery sweet apple, light sugar and wood. The taste is crisp and fizzy upfront, light and spritzy, touch of tartness, juicy bright apple, white grape, melon, gooseberry fool, light pucker and sherbet with a dry finish. Lighter end of medium body and fine, spritzy carbonation. A straight forward and drinkable spritzy cider.
