7-3-8-4-15 Bottle, #2, vintage 2016. Courtesy of Einar. Pours translucent mahogany, with no head. Aroma is sweet notes of honey, red berries, aronia and cherries, as well as grapes, tannins and wooden notes. Full body, with no carbonation. Flavour is sweet notes of honey, cherries and forest berries, as well as leather, tannins, wooden notes and soft notes of minerals.

Bottle thanks to Kreutzfeldt. Pours thick dark red. Aromas of cherries, cinnamon, cranberries, blackberries, boozy, honey. Taste is honey, walnuts, cherries, black currants, light gooseberries/grapey tartness.

Sampled at Kwartje. Deep copper red. Forrest fruit, sweet honey, light tart berries, sweet cherries, port, soft booze. Quite sweet and a bit sour. Full bodied.

Sahtipaja tasting @ kwartje. Bottle. Dark brown with no head. Massive boozy and rusty, big alcoholic, dark forest honey sweetness. Quite sweet with sour rusty edges. Moderate bitter. Medium body and low carbonation.

Bottle shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a clear burgundy colour with little life. The aroma is big sweet sticky red berry fruits, blackcurrants, cherries, warm boozy alcohol. The flavour is strong sweet with a smooth, rich, oily, sweet red berry fruit, warm alcoholic, light spice palate. Medium to full bodied with flat carbonation.

Taster. Pours unclear dark ruby. Aroma is berries and honey, flowers, wood caramel. Body is heavy and strong, intense, clearly honey-based but not lacking of berries. Lots of them, and it works. Also oak. Shows some booze, especially on the palate. Very good!

Bottle, many thanks Nische! Beautiful almost ruby color with no head. Aroma is super flowery honey, forest floor, Polish Półtorak oxidation, I hardly get any of the fruits, they are so well incorporated. General berry and blackcurrant flavours, yes, also some freshness of the gooseberries (which I loved to eat as a child, we had them in our garden). Taste has more of the gooseberries, berries, perfectly mixed with the honey flavours and oxidation. Viscous oily mouthfeel, superbly drinkable. Beautiful; this is super-amazing because it retains the classic honey character and blends the fruit flavours in there perfectly.

Bottle @ En Öl & Whiskymässa 2017. Pours a dark ruby red color with no head. Has a fruity spicy berry honey aroma. Sweetish spicy honey berry flavor. Has a sweetish spicy smooth honey and berry finish with weak hints of vanilla.
