Hops. More Hops. And then some more Hops for good measure. So hoppy, our brewers got kicked out of bed by their wives and had to sleep on the couch because they were sweating hops. We start with a massively hopped West Coast Double IPA, then load it with generous dosing's of our own house made steam distilled Nelson Sauvin Hop Oil.
Boasting a huge tropical and pine hop punch to the face followed by an intense bitter kick to the tongue to balance the malt and alcohol sweetness, with a dank, resinous finish from the Hop Oil.

Can, muled from New Zealand by my wife. Pours clear orange, small off-white fizzy head that dissipates quickly leaving a ring and some lacing. Aroma is vegetal, piney, oranges, dank. Flavor is medium sweet, medium plus bitter, dank, piney, sticky. Medium body, low carbonation. Not great.

From a 440ml can on 20/11/2017. Pours a cloudy golden with barely any head. Has a fairly subdued metallic and fruity aroma. Very fruity taste wise with not much malt. There's heaps of tangerine, peach and pineapple, which is met by a big herbal, resiny, bordering on harsh hop bitterness. The palate is oily and the carbonation moderate. Quite a singular experience but just a bit harsh and a touch unbalanced. Much prefer the Lupulin.

Taster at GABS Auckland 2017. Pours gold. Huge grassiness, huge sweet peach, huge bitter finish. Big, bold, and pretty tasty.
