Draft at Murphy’s Law, Den Haag. Clear amber red with a thick off white head. Aroma of tart fresh raspberry and light wheat. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can on the Norfolk Dumpling, picked from an online peddler, 27/01/24. Cherry red with a fast escaping crimson cap. Nose is raspberry pips, herb, grains, hedgerow, straw. Taste comprises raspberry sherbets, straw, hedgerow, damp hay, berry pips, lactic tang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Tidy enough refresher.

Tap at Murphy’s Law. Clear dark brown with beige head. Cooked raspberries, dry grains, soft rye, a touch of roast, bitter herbs, light lactic. Under medium sour, bitter and sweet. Under medium bodied.
