A softy tropical pale ale with stone fruit aromas of guava and mango and a strong hoppy finish. Mandarin and grapefruit peel were used in the kettle and Guava and Mango added after fermentation as well as plenty of new world hops. The beer is dry and easy to drink.

19 May 2019. At SWAFFF!, Brussels. Cheers Anke & Rubin77! Hazy yellow, big, lasting, foamy, off-white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of passionfruit, peach, yellow nectarine, pineapple, yoghurt, dough, lemon peel. Taste is light to medium fruity sweet, a bit tropical & juicy, peach & pineapple in balance with bitter notes of mandarin rind & mango on soft doughy malts, sourish lemon & passionfruit in the back. Dry, floral & earthy hoppy finish, quite bitter, lingering mango, (grape)fruit rinds & dough. Medium body, slick-fluffy texture, soft carbonation. Very assertive for a Session IPA, nice.

Just look at the hazy goodness North Brewing Piñata 4.5% Mango + Guava Pale Ale Milky honey gold with a delicious mango/guava tropical aroma. The beer has a medium bodied but finishes surprisingly dry. The taste is tropical at first but ends with a herbal piney mint hop bite. Not what I was expecting.
