Bon Samaritain is a top fermentation blond beer brewed in the tradition of northern beers, and "deglutinated" before bottling. It is a craft beer ''sur lie'', not centrifuged, unfiltered, unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle and therefore naturally saturated with CO2. The first gluten-free French beer, it combines innovation and tradition.

Backlog August 2013. Unclear yellow orange body under an OK white head. Aroma is spicy and a bit soapy. Taste has light malt, spicy, yeast, some fruit and moderate bitterness. Thin body and same aftertaste. Quie messy, did not like this one.

Bottle shared on the roof courtesy of Maakun. Bottle is a year past its best before date. Major gusher. Blonde pour with massive head and swirling dark particles. Sweet malts, cardboard juice, honey, bready, rusty. Moderate sweet and bitter. Weak body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared, past best before date. But if a gusher. Bit hazy dull golden with big white head and dimensions little floaters. Weird apple juice, Strong bready notes, mushroom, dusty, sweet sugary corn and dusty barley. Sweet and dusty, and does taste old. Medium sweet and almost medium bitter. Medium bodied. Hmmm maybe the shop should have stopped selling this, though I’m not sure if it was much better when it was fresher.

Many thanks for this gluten-free beer to kevnic2008. 330ml bottle from Saveur Biere. Piwo ma spora i ciagla narastajaca piance, grubo ziarnistej. Utrzymuje sie dosc dlugo. W zapachu suszone porele i brzoskwinie. Smak mocno przegazowany, zbozowo melasowy, troche jakby syropu na kaszel. Wyraziste glownie slodowe ale dla mnie niezbyt smaczne. Dzieki tej piance piwo zalapalo sie na naciagana trojczyne.

330ml bottle. Murky, yellow-ish dark golden colour with small to average, frothy to macropore, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Slightly fruity and minimally dusty yeasty aroma, hints of old yellow apples. Taste has notes of unfiltered apple juice, a minimally peppery spicy, yeasty touch.

330ml bottle from Saveur Biere. Hazy golden amber colour with a white foamy head leaving alittle lacing. Nose is grain, fruity hop, yeast. Taste is malt & grains, fruity, with some citric & yeasty notes and spicy bitterness. Medium bodied, medium to soft carbonation, dry tangy earthy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Cloudy medium golden colour, big fluffy white head, recedes after a while, a lot of lacing. Aroma malty, wheat, yeast, lemon peel, grassy. Taste light sweet and bitter, sour hints, wheaty. Medium body, light to medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, aftertaste mild bittersweet, sour notes, bit thin on the palate. Overall a nice thirst quencher, nothing more nothing less.
