Panorama is a sour version of Oedipus Pilsner, made in collaboration with film theater LAB 111. The wort from the 100% pilsner malt base is lightly soured with Lactobacillus. Just like with Oedipus Pilsner, the beer is hopped with Czech and German hops. The dry hopping gives the beer extra flavors of citrus fruit and grassy, spicy notes.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy pale golden with fizzy short lasting white head. Soft lime, white grapes, lactic sour, a touch of corn, pils malts, 🥝, soft minerals. Almost medium sour, over light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Pretty drinkeable.
