Auch dieses Austmann-Bier fand ich in der Ukraine. Es ist ein wirklich toll gehopftes American Ale mit wunderbaren Bitteraromen nach Orangenschale und Grapefruit. Und das, ohne zwider zu werden. So stelle ich mir ein gelungenes APA mit Hopfenboost vor.

Amber colored, medium- offwhite head. Aroma is of caramel, malt, medium- floral piney hops. Taste is medium sweet malt, caramel, bit orange candy, some floral piney hops, medium- bitterness, dryish finish. Medium- bodied, soft carbonation, bit watery.

Can. Has a hazy dark copper colour with a light beige head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, dust and grass. Flavour of grass, grapefruit, pine and beech. Has a slick mouthfeel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. Fruity and decent. A little strange though.
