Tap at Drunk Uncle. Presumably an old keg, but maintains perfectly. Lemon lime earthy with an awesome cracker body. This is awesome. Hints of mineral funk. One of the most pronounced examples of the style I've had

Lemon, biscuit malt, lemon peel and grass aroma. Slightly hazy pale yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet lemon-lime, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter lemon peel and grass flavor. Good body.

Canned 6/21/24, drunk 9/2/24. Clear, bright, pale brass. Small, white head, moderate retention. Bright and hoppy, with beautifully expressive, hugely herbaceous hops. Malts are snappy, dainty, clean and polished with good depth, seemingly. Excellent bitterness without being too much. The malt isn't pushed aside and softens things while adding honey and baked bread. Lingering earth, herbs, snappy hop and crisp yeast minerality. Clean and refreshing. Very flavorful. Though given this is just over 2 months old, I could see a fresh can being a bit too intense and raw, as Mansquito says.

Can. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice straw and hay combination with a light touch of grass underlying. Flavor has lots of hay with some slightly earthy straw and lemon grass supporting.

Pours slightly hazed into a Stein. White soapy head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Earthy pith aromas. Crisp with hay, lemon joy pith and peel front to back. Lasting earthy meadow and pith finish.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a crystal clear straw, pale gold with a full finger of white foam. Lovely crackery malt aromas. A light sweet grain note to the palate, but very clean and refreshing. Balanced finish.
