Bottle shared at home. Hazy light amber with white head. Sweet malts, apricot, yeasty, mild spices, virgin oak. Dochter van de Korenaer, white wine barrel. Moderate sweet and light bitter. Some dried up apricot flavored fruityoghurt, white pepper. Quite sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Rodéo 2017 - Vieillie En Barriques - Assemblage on 10 May 2019 at 16:25 - Score: 7

Bottle shared. Slight gusher. Light hazy golden with fizzy white head. Fresh oak, light alcohol, grains, bitter green leaves, tannins, soft vanilla, light spices, bready, light apricot and peach, white grapes. Medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Over medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. A bit too much alcohol and fresh oak for my tastes, I liked some other versions better. Still an interesting experience.
