Can picked up from Kihoskh and drunk at home (10/12/2022) - hazed up yellow with a white head. Intense juicy fruity with waves of stonefruit goodness, getting mango pulp, nectarine, fleshy peach, sweet creamy malty backbone, finish is piney solid hoppy, beautiful.

New England IPA by this brewery in Queens, New York; sampled at BCBF. Snow white, moussy, shred-lacing head, hazy ‘yolk yellow’ blonde robe. Aroma of papaya, rambutan, sweet mandarin, marzipan, oat flakes, sandwich dough, apple custard cake. Very juicy onset, mango, ripe or even canned pineapple, touch of yuzu-like citrusiness, medium carb, full and smooth, creamy body; cake-doughy malt core completely steeped in very generous tropical-fruity hoppiness, with ripe mango, guava, cherimoya and overripe pineapple notes, but no bitterness at all. The alcohol remains well hidden. Tropical fruit juice bomb, one that will certainly please the haze boys – but as an oldtimer, I am getting a bit fed up with all those ‘fruit juice IPAs’ and miss at least a pinch of bitterness…

Mango, some green onion. A little green pepper that sticks with you, makes this a little more interesting than many hazies. Hazy yellow-orange pour. Big hop tang in the finish. Tap at Brooklyn location.

Draught @ Harlem Hops, NY. Sweetish, juicy tropical fruits and pineappley with some mango, citrus and herbal notes. Good.

Draught at BK: pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is fruit salad of tropical fruitiness. Taste is quite sweet, lightly bitter, some depth. Good.

473ml can. Murky golden, thin white head. Aroma of juicy citrus, grapefruit, orange, pineapple. Taste is really intensely hoppy, some hop burn in fact, juicy citrus, grapefruit, mandarin, pineapple, mango, very pithy bitterness. Medium body.

Can, from Malt & Mold. Pours extremely hazy dull lemon yellow with very small frothy light beige head, unripe mango-citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter unripe mango-citrus peel taste, somewhat thick body, long bitter finish. Bitter but nice.

Can. Pours hazy bright yellow. Orange, pineapple, hop bite, lime, little passionfruit. Good body. Excellent.
