On tap at Grimm, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has some woody hope, bitter pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is dry and bitter, with plenty of woody, piney hops, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Woody, piney finish, with solid bitterness. Very good.

Pours hazy gold into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Lychee and scallion aromas. Soft with sweet lychee, kumquat and apricot upfront turning to lemon joy before the medium length bitter apple finish.

Illegible canning date, but it's very fresh, drunk 8/11/22. Clear, brilliant bronze-gold. Large, off-white head of strong retention. Peach, herb, pepper, pine and soft cracker, white dough and clean yeast. But true to Grimm's style, it's approachable and shows no nasty punch of melon or pine. Soft, lightly juicy, with accents of pine, hard citrus and mildly fruity yeast. These are so much better than what regular IPAs used to be. No gross, sweaty hops or melon-peach punchiness.
