Poured a clear, yellow color with a small fizzy head. Aroma was light apples, touch of a light acidic character, light dryness.

Can from the Grumpy Goat, Reading - bought for a new region tick. Very pale yellow with a light haze and quite a strong fizz. Farmyard aroma. Pretty dry from the off, a little more farmyard. Just a hint of apple juice but the flavours are very muted, and it's quite a thin mouthfeel. Short finish. Not a lot here but the dryness; I'm going to go against the crowd and call this sub-par.

355ml can from Scrattings. Misty pale yellow. Aroma of green apple skin, fleeting white wine. Taste continues along similar lines, definitely quite dry, pippy with brief zesty moments, fair carbonation. Ok.

Slightly hazy pure golden and light straw coloured body with a large, ultra-fast-dying pure white head and some rather large bubbles rising from the bottom continuously. Aroma of dry apples, light spice, some canella, a dash of allspice, crisp yeasts and a citrus component that adds to the dryness. Light-bodied; Very crisp and super pungent, soured and grassy, floral notes dominate with some light sweetness and a spicey, very dry apple pie quality that shows some breadiness, grain and floral dryness, but the apples, sweetness and spice are really what drives this one forward. Aftertaste shows the dry qualities and crisp apple notes persist more than anything of course, with some floral and sweetness towards the end, and the spicey flavours which punch through everything, in a good way. Overall,  a nice and crisp cider with a definite dryness, but showing a quality process and ingredients throughout. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Trader Joe's in Arlington (Clarendon),  Virginia on 19-June-2020 for US$2,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 10-August-2020.
