KYG 041020. Deep red color with a pinkish head. Aroma is sournes, lime, blueberries. Flavor is lactose, blueberries, lime, coriander, lemon, sourness, yogurt.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Oct 20. Hazy blood red appearance, small pinkish white head. Raspberry pips on the nose, salty sour. Excellent fleshy fruity character, raspberry pulp emerging furthest, with nice blueberry shades and subtle lime. Lactic edge. Excellent sour, worthy of the hype.

Monday 26th October 2020; Shrewsbury Monthly Beer Share, in Chez Sophie. Five beer geeks, one aim! Thanks Simon for the 440ml can: BB 18th Dec 2022. Dinosaur blood red body, wispy head. Salty, soapy and sour with a Lime finish, red berries too.

Can. An unclear candy-red beer with a small white head. The aroma has mostly dark berries, with notes of dough and yoghurt. It's medium bodied, dry, sour and nicely carbonated. Berries, lime, hints of coriander and a good dash of lime in the flavor. Long berry driven finish. Nah, not much interesting going on here. 201004

Can shared with JFE at his place 14.09.20. Rather dear at NOK 104 for a 44 cl can. Cloudy violet. Foamy pink head. Fine aroma of newly picked blueberries in a bucket, as well as a hint of forest, coriander and lime. Similar taste, with lactic acid. Good drinkability. Perhaps slightly waterish mouthfeel. Medium long aftertaste.
