Can at Alchemist 20th Anny. Pours a dark brown with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is roasted malt and vanilla. Slick body, cocoa, roast, vanilla, east drinking, very nice.

Canned Dec, 2023, drunk 1/18/24, at the brewery. Seems clear, dar. Dark beige head to spotty cover. More vanilla than either lactose or roast, thankfully. Rich, chocolatey milk-like with fruity vanilla and moderate coffee character. Clean. Chocolate-vanilla cereal milk. Low but ample toast bitterness. More vanilla, soft and fruity. Lightly sweet, medium bodied, moderate attenuation. Pretty good amount of flavor for its size and the vanilla beans are dynamite. Would like no lactose but it's pretty minimal, at least.

Draught @ MBCC 2019 - Red Session
Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and lactose. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long milk, chocolate and coffee finsih. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Sample at MBCC2019, Copenhagen. Colour is dark brown with very small brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Vanilla, chocolate, milk chocolate and roasted malts.

MBCC. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and bread. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, sweet, bread, cocoa and a little bitter.
