This modern IPA showcases the complex nature of two vibrant American hops from Crosby Hop Farm – El Dorado and Idaho 7. A soft and rounded malt profile allows the complexity of these new-season hops to shine, expressing intense flavours of ripe stone fruit, pineapple and juicy tropical notes alongside a piney finish. Our house ale yeast develops a soft, hazy profile with oats providing body and balance.

Can at home picked up from Craft Metropolis. A tranlsucent golden yellow coloured pour with a sticky fine white head. Aroma is nice weedy dank hops, pine, green citrus, soft white bready grains, wheat, mellow tropical salad. Flavour is composed of soft bready grains, wheat, spicy citrus, weed, mellow dank, prickly pear, light grass. Palate is soft, pillowy carbonation. Really well put together. Xolid.
