This medium sweet still fine cider is complex and full bodied, created to make people happy. It's made from a blend of rich, late harvested apples: Dabinett, Ashton Brown Jersey, Cider Lady's Finger, Improved Hangdown and Porter's Perfection. Aromas of tropical fruit are kept in balance with good tannic structure & gentle acidity. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites, no filtering or pasteurisation.

75cl bottle from Scrattings, shared with Soph at the end of a busy week. Misty orange appearance, gently sweet keeved fruit on the nose. Pleasant moderately sweet keeved fruit character with lightly coarse woody notes running throughout, very low natural carbonation, dusty tannins on the palate, soft funk. Could do with a little more carbonation, but on the whole a very nice keeved cider.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Orangey gold colour, thin white rim and aroma of fruity apple, musty, some funk. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, some core and skin, fruity, with mellow funk and soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.
