As you might have guessed, there’s a lot of raspberry in this beer. 170 grams per litre of the best British raspberries, to be precise. Raspberry Gose pours opaque and vibrant red in colour. Aromas of fresh fruit dominate with hints of tangy yoghurt in the background. Tart raspberry coulis hits your senses with the first sip and lingers with the full, smoothie-like body and a saline lick from Cornish sea salt.

Can from Beer52. Murky orange-pink colour with fizzy off-white head which recedes quickly. Nice raspberry aroma, quite fresh, grains, some sugar. Tart and fruity raspberries, a slightly drying salt in the finish but its nice contrast and not overdone. Light to medium bodied. Good.

@Festival Bochum.
Mild fruity, sour with a mild lactic raspberry finish. Nice refreshing.

Huge, very dense pink head over fully hazy pale terra cotta beer. Raspberry nose, with a bit 'milky'/diary extra; lactic acid, but mildly so. Again obviously raspberry, very fruity character. Again a light diary touch, raspberry yoghurt, if thinner. Faint light green leaves. Light body obviously, but quite fruitslick. Well-carbonated. Not bad, even if I miss a bit minerality, and it is not really refreshing as a Gose ought to be.

On keg at the White Hart, Wells, July 2023. Deep pink in colour, with pinkish tinge and a tight, white, head. Tart raspberries, a touch of lemon sharpness, some balancing creaminess in a semi-sour finish. Enjoyable.

Pours a murky pink colour with a small diminishing pale pink head. The aroma is tart berries, raspberries and damp hay. A moderately sweet and fruity sour taste, tart raspberries and berry fruit yoghurt flavours and a little saltiness in the finish.
