Skyborry Kingston Black is a traditional style, bottle-conditioned, unfiltered medium cider. Kingston Black is a traditional cider apple that originated in Somerset in the 1800s. Unique for having both luscious acidity and prominent tannins, it was described as being "allegedly the perfect cider apple" by Andrew Lea. It became widely planted across England and Wales, despite the tree itself being frustrating to grow.
