L’indispensable Blonde du Carnaval pour vos meilleures chapelles. Cette Bière Blonde, très claire, est brassée avec un seul malt « le Pilsen ». Par contre, nous avons utilisé 3 houblons, 1 amérisant et 2 aromatiques renforçant les arômes d’agrumes. Deux des trois houblons proviennent de Boeschèpe (Flandre). Le troisième étant protégé, il provient des USA.

75cl bottle bought from Brays-Dune Office du Tourisme during the famous Covid Lockdown of 2020. Shared with Eric. Pours hazed golden orange, good white head. Grainy malt on the nose, light spice. Lightly hoppy with floral notes, malt grain and very fleeting hints of cassonade. Kind of ok.
