Bottle. Beer Ritz. 2? Well done with that. Anyhow, in the real world... Mostly clear, medium gold. Thick, fairly loose, evenly bubbly, bright white head. Nose has tart apple. Lemon rind. Fresh cut wood. Super clean, dry grain. A ton of mineral and a hint of vanilla. Taste is tart, dry, and mineraly. Some oaky sweetness. Fresh and bright on the palate. Fine, sharp carbonation. Tart, dry and clean mineral to finish.

Taste comprises damp straw, funk, gooseberries, white grape must, farmyard esters, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid easy drinking farm haus affair.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Feb '20, in a desolate town centre during the famous Shrewsbury floods of 2020. Misty golden orange pour, patchy off white head. Aroma of lovely fresh citrussy wild lambic, continuing to taste, bright and floral with additional lemon hints. Great balanced Gloucester Gueuze, exceptional.

Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie; 24th Feb 2020. Cheers Paolo for this 750ml cap and corked bottle (Aug 19-Aug 29). Sour Puss with sweaty farmyards to the fore, misty yellow, thin topping; thanks, but no thanks.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Dave. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a creamy white head. Beautiful beer. Light funk, dry, a little acidic, lemon. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, a little salty, pale wood, refreshing acidity. Gorgeous.
