Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry floral, weeds, yeast, hay, flowers, dough, pepper corn, old cellar, paper, herbs. Taste is slightly dry floral, yeast, hay, minerals, old cellar, paper, dough, pepper corn, flowers, herbs. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Clear golden with white head. Buttery malts, glycerine, sour dough, juniper, peppery, yeasty. Bit sickly greasy and strange, light sweet and bitter, with a spicy and crass dry edge, and a hint of apple vinegar. Medium body and soft carbonation. Weird stuff. Strange experience. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, light apricot pits, soft flowers, juniper, spruce, soft flowers and toilet freshener spray. Creamy, even some yoghurt, a touch of ash and rubber. Medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied with slick feel and very puckering mouthfeel with is surprising as it doesn’t taste sour. Interesting but not great.
