Cider Amsterdam. Het authentieke cidertje met een Amsterdamse mentaliteit. Gemaakt van 100% Bretonse appels, zonder toegevoegde suikers en met maar 5% alcohol. Puur natuur, laag in calorieën en glutenvrij. De Brut (die gele) is wat meer sophisticated en heeft dat funky cider smaakje.

330ml bottle from trade courtesy of sjogro, cheers Sjoerd! Orangey amber-gold colour, sparkling with a fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, some core & skin, light funk, vanilla, caramel hint. Taste is sweetish juicy apple, fruity, vanilla, caramel, alittle apple skin, funk and earthy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sampled from bottle at home. Orangey juice with short lived fizzy head. Sweet apples, red apples, hardy appleskin, vanilla, almond, wood, mild rainbarrel farmhouse funk. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft fizzy carbonation. Quite dry and nutty bitter, with a soft vanilla edge and juicy core.
