Sample (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellow colour, small white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is grains, herbal, mild buttery tones with some yeast and herbs. Flavour is floral, grassy, herbal, cardboardy with some citrus and mild buttery tones. Not that much to do with a Kölsch...

ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, white sugar, light butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, white sugar, light butterscotch, light pineapple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220416]

--Bottled, from Coop, Trysil. -- Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with pineapple and grass. Mid sweet with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Bun dough and ripe fruitm some grass. Fairly low bitterness.

330ml bottle, #226, from Gulating Ølutsalg in Hamar. Shared with Dag Erik and Leif Ståle. Lacing rings from a stable white head, clear late straw coloured body. Moderate smell of herbal hops and grass. Flavoured with pale malts and ripe lemon. Short grain fruity aftertaste. Clean on the swallow. Easy going. (Hamar 06.03.2022).

GYK 240820. Pale golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast, fruit, malt. Flavor is fruit, malt, yeast, grapefruit, grass, lemon. . Boring beer.

Bottle. It pours a huge, foamy off-white head over a hazy pale golden colored beer. Generic fruity aroma with some grapefruit, grass and lemon scents. Some alcohol scents too, weirdly enough. It's medium bodied and rather effervescent, quite dry and with a citrusy bitterness. Grapefruit, grass and a touch of pale malts in the flavor, with a fruity, bitter finish. Not much of a kölsch, and rather uninteresting in any aspect. 200824
