Medium white head doesn’t last. Hazy yellow body. Oily mealy banana aroma with wheaty herbal notes. Sweetish mealy herbal taste with milky wheaty notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Sweetish orangey mealy aftertaste with oily spicy notes. Some faint coriander, too. Decent, but a little light on flavour and character. (0.5l bottle, from Stockmann, Riga.)

Bottle shared at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Cloudy pale yellow with a big white head. Aroma of yeast, bread, fruitiness, a bit of graininess, and phenolic spiciness. Yeasty flavor with nice fruitiness, light spiciness, a grainy touch, a bit of bread. Medium-bodied.

Bottle, fluffy bubbly head with some lacing, cloudy very light orange color, aroma and flavor of bubblegum, some banana, toothpaste and wheat, some yeastiness in flavor, quite dry. Pleasant classic weizen.

50cl bottle from Rimi, Riga. Pours hazy yellow to golden with a white head. Yeasty and wheaty aroma with unripe bananas, hints of spices and dough. Medium sweet with yeasty, wheaty and somewhat fruity flavours and some acidity.
