Klar brun farge med beige skum. Lukter av karamell og noe citrus. Medium fylde. Smaker også av karamell og kjenner også alkoholen. Ok bitter avslutning.

33cl bottle from Gardermoen, airport. Pours dark amber, copper color with a thick off white head. Caramel up front, herbal woody hops, nutty. Flavor has caramel, bitter hops, nuts, toffee. Long finish, fairly sweet, ok bitterness. More on the caramelly side. Could be more aggressive of course, but I kinda like these kind of DIPA as well. Floral hops in finish.

33cl bottle from Heinemann, OSL Airport, Gardermoen. Pours hazy dark amber to copper coloured with a lasting off-white head. Ooooh! Caramel! Well, hops comes next, but caramel is the first thing to hit the nose. It’s certainly heavy on the caramel. Hmmm, not excately balanced, but rather heavy sweet caramel and fairly bitter with more piney and slightly citrus notes. Some fruity notes too. Hmmm again. Not impressive, but not too bad either, but it feels a bit like a bittersweet, hoppy caramel mess of a beer. Not what I’m looking for in a double IPA, way too sweet and caramelly for my taste.
