Tap @SOPP Tku 2019. Smell of smoke, some banana. Muddy amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of smoke, wheat, banana, yeast. Sort of balanced... Medium sweet. Flat carbon, Somewhat viscous.

SOPP Turku 2019. A readdish brown beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has wheat, mild smoke, some banana. Taste has wheat, dry smoke, fresh. Medium bodied. Basic good, balanced.

200ml draught at the brewpub. Patchy white head to a cloudy, dark golden body. Crocheted lacing. Smell of smoked wheat, mid-sweet. Wheat, sweet banana and smoked malts to the taste profile. Rather sweet ending. Smooth on the swallow. Likable. (Helsinki 30.11.2017).

(Draught at Bryggeri Helsinki, 27 April 2016) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, wheaty nose with notes of banana, pears, bread and gentle aromas of smoke. Malty, wheaty taste with banana, pears, clove, bread and hints of smoke. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Low bitterness. Tasty and well balanced, with a gentle smoke touch. Quite nice.

Draught@HBF2016. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is floral, some smoked notes, nice wheat and citrus as well as some slight yeasty notes. Flavour is smoked, some citrus, wheat, mild spiced/yeasty notes along with caramel.

Tap@ HBF 2016. Pours golden color with a thick white head. Smoke wheat, some banana in aroma. Flavor has banana, candy, crispness. High drinkability. Could have more smoke, but good anyway.

(Keg at Bryggeri Helsinki, 20160401) The beer poured orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had smoke, clove and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were clove, smoke, fruitiness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was smoky, spicy and bitter. A pleasant smoky weizen that was an easy one to drink.
